Peat Stack Under Stars

I painted this as my submission to Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year. It features a peat stack under a starry sky on a bog near my house. My dad is an astrophotography and took a reference photo of the peat stacked up and I knew I wanted to paint it straight away. I adore this painting and would love to find it a new home with someone who loves the night sky as much as my dad does. I painted this using oil on deep canvas and it is ready to be hung.
